All products of Wicho Leather Creations are handcrafted by Wicho himself, and made to order. For this reason all sales are final. In the event that the item is damaged, if the item you receive is not the one you ordered, or if a holster doesn't fit your gun, you have seven days to return the product. We can replace it or fix the problem. In case we are not able to fix the problem it will be replaced with a new one, but there are no refunds.

Please note:

• Returned items must be in brand new condition. You may try on an item for size, but if it shows wear it is not eligible for return.

• Turnaround times on replacement may be 2-3 weeks from the date the item arrives to us.

• We cannot accept any return beyond 7 days* after you received it.

• Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Carefully pack the items being returned, and enclose a copy of your purchase receipt with your shipment. Return by UPS or USPS Priority mail. Before returning product please fill out the return form below and submit it.
